This cremino tablette pays homage to the Italian tradition of pairing chocolate and hazelnuts from Piemonte in the north west of Italy.
Here, we've paired housemade roasted hazelnut paste with Opalys 33% white couverture to create a pure and creamy gianduja, with a sprinkling of freshly roasted and chopped hazelnuts for crunch.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, hazelnuts (33%), emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla extract.
